usercontrol moves to back its original position

Hi,
i have a user control label containing a textblock in it. I added adorner to it so that i can move, change size etc. Now when i move that control to other place and change its alignment or angle with the help of other window then the control takes its original position. Why it is happening so?

I think you have write code for positioning control of text bow on re-size event or else of usercontrol. So when you are trying to make change of usercontrol then child control are re-locating. So fiend out where write Left/Top/Position properties in user control. If you did not fix your problem. Write your code and mention what you want to do.
