Being a beginner does not give you the right to yell.
DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalisation if you want to be taken seriously.

Use a proper subject: "BEING A LEARNER PLEASE GUIDE ME SIR" is not helpful - use text which describes your problem so that we can tell easily if we can help you. That helps to fucus reponses and gets you a better answer.
