Solution 1

AFAIK, WAMP Server is primarily focus for PHP/MySQL Development on Windows and does not support Java/JSP as it is. It would be possible to use the same WAMP installation for configuring it to support JSPs. If you are newbie to WAMP, I think is is better to use a Servlet Container such as Tomcat. Search the Google, you can find more details about the installation and configurations.
