Intellisence window is not working in visual Web Developer 2010

Intellisence window is not showing in my visual web developer 2010, i reset all setting but it is not working.....

one more issue is that..

i have added the reference of System.Configuration from Add Reference option...
and also added the namespace using System.Configuaration in my Utility.cs file... still i m not getting the class ConfigurationManager....

How i solve this problem....?

What does it mean: "Getting the class..."?

for temporaily help you can get Intellisence window by pressing Ctrl+Enter

remove the VWD 2010 and again install it...............
