how to gets the values from various controls to datagridview...It should be displayed on datagridview and then it wants to update/modify/delete...

if it is asp.net, in the ItemCommans event you get e.item object which will let you get the values of the columns which user has edited in that row. e.g. e.Item["FirstName"]
