formatting of dynamically created grid view

Hi All !!
I have created a grid view dynamically. Now i want to give some color to the head-line of grid view. And want that alternate rows should be of different color.
Any help shall be highly appreciated.

there are many online code converter available for vb to c#.....u can covert it easily
