You use WMI and query it.

Try to find articles related to PhysicalAddress and NetworkInformation, that should do the trick.

Solution 2

Have a look here: Retrieving IP and MAC addresses for a LAN[^] - It covers both your local PC and those on a LAN. Past that, you cannot retrieve the MAC, as the machine is not identified past the router.
