I have received job offer from two companies. One is big and product based working on .net technologies asp.net mvc 4.0 (but reasonability to limited). Second one is small as compared to first one but it is working on multiple technologies and providing .net developer to work on android and iphone development parallel to .net. I am confused which one to join. Please guide me to chose right from learning point of view I have two year working experience on .net technologies. Don’t say it is not right place to discuss as I believe code project is place which also provides orientation of your career

Certainly this is a valid question, but unfortunately the answer probably isn't as cut and dry as you may like. You need to consider a few different things.
1) What do you picture your career looking like from a technological standpoint. That will help you decide on whether to go into a shop with only .NET vs a multi platform/language shop.
2) What companies products look like they will be more aligned with your interests. Do the products that you will be working on fit into your values as a private person.
3) Are you looking for short term or long term employment and how does this relate the offers on the table.
4) Is employment going to be limited in duration to the projects you are being hired for, or is there constant flow of new projects that will keep you employed.
There are many other questions that can be considered, but these are just some to get you thinking in the right direction for yourself.
The most important thing to remember is that this is YOUR career. At the beginning there will almost always be some compromise on your side, but ultimately don't get yourself pigeon-holed into a job and career you are not interested in.
