DataGrid Control problem in VBA

I'm trying to develop VBA application forms and I want to use "Microsoft DataGrid Control", but I am getting the Following message "the subject is not trusted for the specified action".

I'm using ArcGis9.3 and Window XP pro V2002 SP3.

Not a solution but the desire to also have a useable data grid control for VBA/Excel.
