how to build a Bar Chart that is total new user of day v/s date in vb.net using crystal report

i know how to put Bar Chart in crystal report and use it But i can not know how to summarized data of new user on the basis of date wise and use it...
Can any one guided me..

Can you give more information on what you mean by "new user"? Perhaps a simple date filter to filter out your dataset should solve it for you?
