What have you tried? There are several implementations on the web, that google will give you.

...but what do you mean by backbone in this context, haven't you mean backend?

You did not answered to my question.
1) You said: "i called my web service different way and getting response". How did you do that? I am asking this, because you could use the working method to check the differences from the not working one.
2) This web service requires authentication. Before calling it, do you authenticate properly? Are you sure, that authentication cookie is passed with the ajax request?
3) Use a tool like Microsoft Network Monitor or Wireshark to get the http packets.

What you will notice, is that your ajax call is not a soap request. You did not mention, that you use extjs. You did not tried the method I have suggested.

You should look on the web for extjs ans soap service samples. Like these:

See my first link. There you can see how to build SOAP request envelope. You have to build it by hand, or try to find an extjs soap sample code. I have not found any.
