Yes.

This is a very generic question.

Basics like writing good clean code, good performance code etc remain the same.
However, the patters that you use and the architecture styles will vary.

I ask about the starting point of the software project and the reply is once the design is finalized by the management, in name of design i see screen layout designs .. is the approach correct, what is the correct approach???
