i'm using Visual Studio 2008 professional.
i have downloaded CRRedist2008_x64.msi and installed but still CrystalReportViewer Not showing.

Solution 1

You've installed a redistributable so why would you expect it to appear in the ToolBox. The redistributable is what you package with an installer that requires it, but it does not provide you design time tools and such.
