windows application background design.

hi i m working on a small windows application. there is dataset designer page i.e. Billdataset.xsd and it has a very good looking background. i want the same bakground on my each form. how can i accomplish this.
please help.

thanks for your response sir but i know how to change the background i want to know only what is that thing with that dataset designer form. i want to use exactly that.
