Ajax control Toolkit for VS 2005

Hi Everybody,
I am using Visual Studio 2005 where Ajax toolkit is added to my Toolbox.I don't know why the values in List Box(which is in Update Panel) is not getting updated in my Database.Previously it use to work.How to solve this issue..Is there any problem if I upgrade visual Studio.please help..Its not getting updated that is wht my problem.

no it should run in vs 2005
you have put it in updatepanel means it should be updated at some autopostback
is it updated at that instance?(shu te update thay 6? kya wo update ho raha he?)
