It does not work like this here.

Here is what is expected of enquirers:
1. TRY first what you want to do! You may find that it's not that hard.
2. Formulate what was done by you that looks like an issue/not working.

Try them and tell if you face issues.
Members will be more than happy to help like this.

High level steps:
1. Learn HTML
2. Get to know what all steps are involved in money transfer
3. Get to know the needed details
4. Provide a UI to take those details
5. Provide a transfer mechanism - has to be in an account so you would need that banks API

It would not be simple thing. It is related to money and has to have proper security measures - read about them too.
