I see know a days mostly web applications are made in mvc architecture.. please suggest..

Solution 1

Any architecture will work fine. There's nothing special about a hosptial system, or even a CMS. I assume you're doing this for a school assignment, your teacher is teaching some framework already and you should use what you know. But, ASP.NET MVC is the best way to write web sites.

Well, no, I don't give out my email. I help here a lot, and if I gave out my email, lots of people would email me instead of asking here. You're being paid to write a hospital management system, which will impact on people's health ? This seems like a top level, beginner question, for that to be the case. The correct answer then is, use what you know, you will write better code in PHP if you know it, even if ASP.NET MVC is better overall.

I'm also new in web development,as like you i'm also worried when i start work in web..there are a lot of options..lot of web languages..then i start ASP.net(as i like .net platform) and i still think this is good enough also for you.So i also refer you to ASP.NET MVC..but one thing always remember..it completely depends which type of work you are going to do and on what language you feel comfortable..best wishes for you
