download selected file in the list on the client PC

Hi all,

I have a drop down which shows the list of pdf files stored in a directory.
On the click of download button I want the selected file to get downloaded on the client's PC. Also, the user should have option to either view or save the file.

I am using ASP.Net 2.0 with VB.

Any help would be much appreciated.....
