Design View in Visual Studio 2010 ASP.NET 4.0 not keeping HTML format, (it gets a mess)

I have an issue with my design view in asp.net. I have a master Page which when I debug eerything is fine but when I choose design view in the window al controls are missplaced.

Any idea how to fix this? Again when debuging with Chrome, IE9, Firefox the page shows just well but the design view is a mess.

The design view is a disaster, it always has been. The best approach is not to use it.

I thought so... I have googled pretty much and did not find a solution... If there is really not much to do then I'll use the source code to manipulate and debug everytime I made changes...

Here a screen shot of what it looks like. If you have ANY sugestion please share.

I've literally never used it, because it was so bad when I tried to.

agreed....I've used design view for small design (just to take a pick of my design)...but for complex one don't rely on design view. :)
