How can we Install Framework 3.5 when Framework 4.x is already Installed, without uninstalling 4.0 or greater version.

Why, you can target your application to use 3.5 .NET instead, if this does not solve your problem then please update your question with additional information.

Solution 1

All versions of the .NET framework include all the previous versions - so 4.0 includes 1.0, 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, and 3.5 already, while 2.0 includes only 1.0 and 1.1.

So you don't need to install or uninstall anything if you already have V4.x installed in order to run V3.5 apps.

Why do you think you do?

because In
<pre>Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\</pre> Folder sometime it shows Framework 3.5 folder and some time 4.0.When i deployed a website in Asp.net 3.5 IIS was giving error, but it was working for 4.0, any how my problem was solved.
