Hello Everyone,

I am trying to generate a cross tab report using crystal reports XI.

Following is the data that can be viewed in the cross tab:

Total customers Converted customers Percentage converted
(b) (a)
--------------- -------------------- --------------------
Place A 100 50 ??
Banglore Place B 800 400 ??
Place C 500 300 ??

Place A 600 400 ??
Mumbai Place B 800 650 ??
Place C 800 800 ??
--------------- ---------------------
Total 3500 2600 ??

The " ?? " is what I am trying to calculate in the cross tab report using summary fields. However, there seems to be no such option.

1) I tried writing a new formula (a/b *100) and included that in the summary fields, but it doesn't give the desired output.
2) I tried adding the changing the summary of converted customers to show percentage of Total Customers , but such an option doesn't exist.

I am at my wits end as to how to achieve the above.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanking you all in advance.

Regards,
Siya

For your sample data set, can you show what the actual values of ?? should be?
