add sub items to listview if the item in listview is repeated in c#

Hai friends

I want to add items to listview.If the listview contains already entered data means it wont repeat but the sub items should add one by one.

for eg:

Science - Main thing these things should come under science.

Physics
Chemistry
Botany

Please help me out this...

No one else gave you a -1 so I did. Your question is very poorly phrased for people to understand. If you are creating categories and you want items listed as children of the topic, then you are choosing the wrong control to begin with.
