call by Windows modem

Hi,
My program is list box of customers and user select a line and press button "Call".
I have mobile phone "Nokia 2700 classic" and want to pass a phone number by my program for call.
So I have modem in control panel. But how to use it?
I try to use command "rasdial" but have error: "No connections".
Any idea how to do this?

Did you try hyperterminal or any other terminal program?
