End date should not be less than Start Date in Gridview

hi Friends,
I have two Columns namely Start Date and End Date in my GridView. I am using Ajax's CalendarExtender for them...i need that End date should not be less than start Date.

wht could be done in this case?

when you want to validate? in any button click or while selecting the date itself?

what exactly your doing
you bind that date from database
or select at inserting the gridview
