So buy it or download it from MSDN if you have a subscription.

I want to get a puppy for my next birthday, but CodeProject doesn't offer such service, but neither it hosts software from Microsoft. Try www.microsoft.com instead.

If you need SQL Server 2008, you can download a 180-day evaluation here:

Usually these downloads come with the latest service pack already installed, although some come with the original version and you will need to install the service pack you want.
