if i was modified the any of the webform, and modified resource file,what is best way to place these modified into iis.

I believe you meant 'restart IIS'. You cannot avoid a restart if you change files.

Best way to handle it is gracefully handle the downtime of your application. This tip would help: App_Offline.htm [^]

i read in msdn, the website application can do modified code, if you have any idea about this ,kindly revert.
