problem with gridview

i have 2 dropdown list.company and institute fields in dropdown 1 and job,placement fields in dropdown2.when i select company and job then job_id, name will display of company_job table in grid view. bt i want to disply institute and job details on same grid bt from institute_job table.plz help?
