SQL Server Books Online doesn't work

hi.
iam using sqlserver 2008r2.

but when i press button F1 for the local help , it dosen't show the content
in index , and this message is appear in top of the page :

==SQL Server Books Online Topic Not Found==

what is the problem and how can solve it?
should i reinstall the sql or not?

Are you able to open books online

start--->all programs---->Microsoft SQL server---->Documentation--->Books online

If you not found books online in above location

then you need to install the books online.

you can download it here

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=1054

OR

it will come with sql server installation .you can install through SQL SERVER set up
