how to use Text Import wizard of Excel in c# programmatically

I need to convert .txt/.dat files to .csv files using Text Import Wizard of Excel from c#. I have a solution which does this work in VB but, i am not able to convert it to c#. Typically they are running a macro. Not able to figure out the solution. Please help.

Actually, I am trying to invoke the "Text Import Wizard" of Excel from C# which takes care of conversion. Hence, i was trying for the same. please if you have any solution on the same, it would be helpful.. :)
