Invalid keycode, blank crystal report problem in vs 2008

I m using visual studio 2008 and so as cystal report 10.5, but when i m going to open any crystal report at design time, getting message of Invalid keycode and it displays blank. i m so frustrated with this issue as i already tried solutions like re-installing vs 2008, crystal report, clearing registry for the crystal report and then installing fresh copy of crystal report basic but the problem does not resolved yet, please take me out of this
