to filter data currently displayed on the grid

I am able to filter the data from table by using a combo box which has all column names and text box
when i select a column name and enter a character in text box and click on search button it filters the table and can be viewed on grid.

But i also want to filter data currently displayed on the grid so i have added 2 radio buttons to filter from grid and table and filter from table could you please me how to write query to filter grid.
