Solution 1

You could convert it to a desktop application, but that would depend on what it does. If it uses the services of some remote system and/or database then you would need to add the code to handle the remote server interfaces. Without some more information it is difficult to give a reasonable answer to your question.

and wat about if i create project in asp.net?like file-> new-> Project..in this i can create shortcut login page in desktop?

ASP.NET projects are web based and run in browsers. You can easily create a shortcut to a particular website by using the URI as your target.
