We use dotTrace Memory as well as Performance profilers and they really are good. +5

Naerling had an exellent answer, +5 from me. :) But, I want to add the often overlooked CLRProfiler[^] from Microsoft. It is a great tool for determining what the Garbage Collecter is doing so you can make garbage collection more efficient.
