Anyone, is it possible to called picture from folder inside c drive into vb net by click on picture name?

hi,

i've a folder in c drive which is store a bundle of pictures. what i want is, i've develop 1 project using vb .net, which is i want to retrieve picture from that folder into my application by click on the name of the picture.....thanks
