Dear all!
I want to create a CMS based in asp.net C# web application using opensource template as similar to Wordpress and joomla in PHP.

please help me regarding this...

Sure it's provided, there are already some CMS-Systems in ASP as open source, some things will be easy, others surly need some time, but generally it should be not too complicated with some expierence in Java/CSS/HTML/SQL/C#/ASP.

A look into code of an existing ASP.NET CMS should help you to understand how it's build/structure/technical requirements.

don't take it personally, but try to research such things for your own, you'll find lot of information how to install a CMS (the procedure is mostly similar).

In addition to what is give as a solution by Björn, DotNetNuke(DNN)/[^] is also another cool Asp.NET open source CMS application.
