The wizard that generates projects for you, only gives you a starting framework. It is not intended to produce a useful application on it's own.

After you use the wizard to generate a working framework, it is your responsibility to add code to give the application purpose.

Now after a project is created, you can right click the project name in Solution Explorer and add more classes using the 'add' menu option. Keep in mind that these will just be stubs to give you a start, and they won't be useful until you add code to make them so.

Ok, if you want a setup.exe, Visual studio has a wizard for that.

Create a project for the Visual Studio Installer. Right click your solution in the solution pane to create it.
