how to make Session out on cancel button of explorer

If i forgot to logout from page and i click on cancel button. The application gets closed.
So now how to make session out or logged out.
Clicking on (X) should log off form the session. Shouldn't keep the user locked as logged for another session.

Let me if any more clarification is needed.
