PGP Bouncy Castle Decryption

Hello,
I am using bouncy castle to encrypt/decrypt .asc files.
The problem is can bouncy castle framework decrypt .pgp files ?
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry about that, I misread your question. From a, very, quick read it seems that by omitting the -a argument you get a .bpg file. Couldn't see if that is in reality a renamed .pgp file.

No worries. I am using the bouncy castle library and want to perform the decryption by code (C#).

Yes it can and if you learn to use a search engine with a search phrase similar to bouncy castle pgp you might be able to find out how.

You should always do an internet search before asking here.

I already do decryption with bouncy castle but with .asc(PGP armored file ) formats ... what im looking for is decryption for .pgp(pgp zip file) formats.
