500 Internal Server Error while deploying on Server

I have made the report in microsoft report viewer and my dotnet framework is 3.5.

1. When i upload my report on server and server asp.net framework is 2.0 then only report page in which i show the report by Microsoft report viewer its give ---- "404 file or directory not found error."

2. when i change server asp.net framework configuration in 4.0 then it gives error "the report viewer web control HTTP handler has not been register in the application web.config"...

Now i add this setting in web.config file also then it gives ---" 500 internal server" if i remove then i getting same previous error.
Please Some Help me

Please solve this is.. and please find attachment of error image in both configuration.

Solution 1

404 error details are clearly analysed at http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/404error.htm[^]
In your case, it might be because of not reaching the proper folder.

i check the url http://erp.maco-india.com/Report1.rdlc is give same error file not found and i edit in web.config it give 500 internal server error
plz help me sir
