You're going to have to post more detail I'm afraid. All this says is that you are being denied access, but to what?

If you are gettign Access is denied, then there is a good chance you are using Membership. Are you logged in?
If so, then check that the web.config file for teh folder holding the page you are accessing is set to let logged in users in.
If not, then check the root web.config will allow non-logged in users near the login page!
