I think that you will have to edit your question to try to make it clearer. At the moment it doesn't make a lot of sense. :)

Why would you put a textbox in a button column?? That kind of interface doesn't make any sense. I don't think you're going to be able to do it, but I've never wanted to even try what you're implying.
