Search from Gridview

Dear Frnds,

I have a Gridview with filled data in it. In that we have lakhs of Records.

Now We need to Search the Records from gridview by clicking the particular cell.

When we click the cell, only that same Matching records to be displayed from lakhs of records.

Please can help me this problem.

so you want to search a value from a specific column? for example search Ranjith from StrudentName Column? right?

I need to Search the Particular Records when i click the gridview cell.

Suppose I have a column Name as StudentNames , NOW I need to Search the Records of that StudentName as Ranjith by Clicking the cell in Gridview. and that partiular student Names must be displayed.
