how i can use the host and upload my website or web application from asp.net or HTML files....
which programs needs for that?
and how i can finalize my website and its database sql to my host space ?

It might be advisable to check with the host vendor as well.

Deciding the space is a difficult task - depends on the size of the application and the number of users expected to use it.
