How to runtime add treeview nodes ?

I'm developing MLM website in which i have to maintain database data in treeview like on used and more two users can be his/her child that all make their child and like that infinite process..... if solution is there for hole problem then more good but if not then how to add nodes runtime in treeview.

May I ask what do you mean with "Nowt stranger than folk"? specially "nowt", non english-speaker here trying to understand and learn a bit (although non programming question here :P)

Nowt is an old word meaning 'none'. It just means that people are odd.
