Can you be more specific. Do you want to be able to drag some (WPF Docking Library[^]) floating panel inside your application or dragging and dropping one toolbar with buttons (zoom buttons +, -) on it, in to another toolbar panel?

roman do u know na corel draw in which zoom toolbar is there i have to make like that in which is based on docking library only .....
and if u want to see video how it works in corel draw then i put a link below
