Import data from excel sheet into Access line by line

I want to import the data from excel to access table line by line.
for example user click on a button in access form and it insert rows,
if rows was incomplete or mismatch with data type shows a report..
any sample?
now the form is in Ms Access

Cool post,but it's in Ms excel not in Ms Access!
