Robust video data hiding

I am trying to hide a message or a text file into a video file.
How should i choose a particular frame and then insert data into that frame so it is not visible to others.
Urgent help needed please if you have a source code , algorithm please share with me on my email *deleted email address*

however there are ways to hide data in pixel...generally known as steganography....
try google if you can find something
