ADDING HEADER FOR Crystal report CROSSTAB

Dear friends
Please Help me out
I have a Crystal report cross Tab report which have 5 static columns and the rest are cross tab columns. so for this 5 static columns i need a header or heading line.

I put my cross tab in report footer and got the solution but when i convert it to ms Word its showing only first page the rest are unable to export.

So dear friends please help me i am struggling with this for past 1 week

please check my report for further details

In this i need to add first column name
