Need help in Developing new application in windows development

Hello

I have to develop a new application in windows. in which i have to develop following thing but i am not getting how to develop it.

I have to develop following are the two points:

1)To show the http addresses that are visit by other computers on the wireless network.

2)to show who is using the wireless network.

for refrence i'll post a link in which there is similar application which i have to develope. but i m not getting related code to create following application.

check and list user computers that are connected to your wireless network[^]

Please help me to solve this problem. i m newbie in .net windows domain.

What have you tried so far (using the link that you found)?
Post a specific problem with the code rather than the asking for someone to help you with the entire application.

Thanks for your prompt reply.I have to develop application in which i have to trace
1) who is using the my wireless network.
2)and which site have seen by them.

not getting related code to this. i got code in which i get pc's in lan, not in wireless network.

need help to bilding this application. how can i get who trace above two points in my application.
