Solution 1

TAPI 3.0 Application development using C#.NET[^] is a good sample for starters.
Some more programs here[^].

There is only ip call within a LAN connection,
i want to direct call to mobile or land line using land-line connection.
how to configure landlines connection my laptop or computer
